From Coordinating Great Businesses to Owning Them
Where We Started
Rena Group began as a facilities services prime contractor, built to manage specialist local providers for government and institutional clients. Building that model showed us two things: clients want one accountable partner across trades and sites, and many excellent local businesses lack the scale — or the succession plan — to keep growing.
Where We're Going
So we changed our model. Rather than coordinating these businesses from the outside, we now acquire them, keep them and connect them into a group built for the long term — starting with electrical, HVAC and plumbing in NSW and the ACT.
